Below is a list of travel documents available for you to review or download. Some of you have a travel packet from the meeting on Saturday. These are the documents in that travel packet. Most of the documents are informational and for your review. If you decide to go on the trip, there are two applications in the packet that would need to be completed.

The Short-Term Trip Application would need to be completed for each member of your family who will be traveling with the team. If you need additional applications and are unable to download them, please let me know and I can download and print the application for you.

The second application, Individual Travel Policy, can list all members of the family that are attending. We would only need the top half of this document completed.

The Memorandum of Understanding and Power of Attorney documents are only needed if your child will be traveling as a minor.

NOTE ON FUND RAISING:
- The recommended fund raising goal per team member is $3411 ($1811 ground
fees: $1600 airline ticket). Don recommends each team member use this goal
in their fundraising letters.

- The ground fees cover our travel, gas, drivers, hotels, food and water
from the time we are picked up at Johannesburg Airport (JNB) until we are
returned to JNB. We will share rooms in groups of 2-3. Each person is
responsible for their own funds for souvenir/gift shopping. We will have an
opportunity to shop on one afternoon before we leave Swaziland.

- Part of each team members ground fee covers $1100 for our Fun Day
activities and gifts for home visits.

- 51% to 58% of the funding goes directly into Swaziland’s hurting economy
and supports jobs. Swaziland is currently around 60% unemployment.

This is our third visit to Ludlati Carepoint. Our visits are crucial to
building relationships that bring true encouragement, hope and love needed
to foster independence for the long term.
